Introduction of cryogenic

Liquid gases below zero degree Celsius is included cryogenic. Cryogenic temperature is much lower -150 to -273℃ is store in the cryogenic flask. Temperatures that very cold are not measured in Degrees, Fahrenheit or Celsius, but in Kelvins. Kelvins use the unit symbol K. It is named after Baron Kelvin was a British mathematician, mathematical physicist and engineer.
K – Kevin
F – Fahrenheit
C – Celsius
In physics, cryogenics is the production and behaviour of materials at very low temperatures.

The word cryogenic define is cryo this word came from Greek words “krayo” means ‘cold’ or ‘very cold’ and genic means ‘ generate ‘ or ‘to produce’. In this word combination we known as cryogenic. It is very low temperature ( ultra cold ) change the chemical properties of material.

Generally cryogenic means- “very low temperature relating to or involving the branch of physics that deals with the production and effects of very low temperatures”.

Frist one is the development of cryogenics as a low temperature science is a direct result of attempts by 19th century scientists to liquefy the permanent gases. One of these scientists, English physicist and chemist Michael Faraday (1791–1867), had succeeded, by 1845, in liquefying most of the gases then known to exist.

And second is sir James Dewar chemistry professor in 1877 at the Royal Institution of London. They searching some important things in that first one is heat transfer process with proper thermal insulation and second is lack of data on the properties fluids for low temperature. Invention of the silvered, double walled, glass vacuum vessel to contain cryogenic liquids. We called that Dewar Flask.

  1. Fast freezing of some foods. Water. Liquid etc.
  2. The preservation of some biological materials.
( livestock semen as well as human blood, tissue, and embryos )
  3. The practice of freezing an entire human body after death in the hope of later restoring life is known as cryonics, but it is not an accepted scientific application of cryogenics.
  4. The freezing of portions of the body to destroy unwanted or malfunctioning tissue is known as cryosurgery.
( It is used to treat cancers and abnormalities of the skin, cervix, uterus, prostate gland, and liver )

And so on.

In india the demand of cryogenic instrument is vary high. So there is a good opportunity to new young entrepreneur to define his/her path in this industry. Because mostly India not making stainless steel Dewar Flask. Many of foreign companies talking agents to sell their own product/ tank/ container/ flask in India. But mostly indian not manufacturer that products, they import high prices product from USA, UK, France, Russia and all that countries. The demand of cryogenic flask is very high. For instance- IIT, BARC, medical colleges researchers, isro, Delhi research, Hospital oxygen plant and many more…

So guy’s choose your path this cryogenic industry.

If anyone interested for manufacturing Dewar flask if they are abroad please send their email for further information. jdinfoservice@yahoo.com

  1. I have realized that in video cameras, specialized devices help to aim automatically. Those kind of sensors of some camcorders change in in the area of contrast, while others work with a beam involving infra-red (IR) light, particularly in low lumination. Higher specification cameras sometimes use a blend of both devices and will often have Face Priority AF where the photographic camera can ‘See’ your face and focus only upon that. Thanks for sharing your thinking on this weblog.
